Terms of Service

1. Service Overview: StatementDeck is a DossierDeck tool. DossierDeck is an independent software studio operated by its founder (dossierdeck.com). StatementDeck converts user-supplied PDF bank statements into Excel (.xlsx), standard CSV, and QuickBooks/Xero CSV spreadsheets with automated balance reconciliation checks.

2. Verification Responsibility: While StatementDeck checks that opening balance + credits − debits matches the closing balance and flags running-balance discrepancies, you remain responsible for reviewing exported figures before filing taxes or accounting records.

3. Pricing & Billing: Single statement exports cost $3.99 USD and multi-statement bundles (2–12 statements) cost $9.99 USD as a one-time payment with a 24-hour re-extraction pass. Stripe card charges appear on bank and card statements as DOSSIERDECK.

4. Acceptable Use: You may only upload PDF statements that you are authorized to access. Automated abuse or bypassing rate limits is prohibited.
